• 1 Can (400g) diced tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Dalia's Pantry Smoky Chipotle Harissa (adjust according to preference)
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 0 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 0 Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 -6 eggs
• 0 Fresh coriander (for garnish)
• 0 Feta cheese
• 0 Crusty bread or pits bread, for serving
