• 6 slices of Farmland® Bacon, cubed
• 1 cup Finely chopped onion
• 1 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/3-in cubes
• 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper|Coarse Kosher Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups Low-salt chicken broth or more
• 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup Finely grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh chives
