• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 6 ounces chopped white chocolate
• 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
