• 1 Tbs soy sauce or tamari
• 1 Tbs Hungarian paprika
• 3 Tbs flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
