Ingredients

• 400 g lamb mince
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• 2 peeled onions
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 2 pods cardamon
• 1 tsp mild curry powder
• 1 handful garden peas or veg of your choice
• handful chopped coriander leaves
• 1 pack filo pastry
• egg for sealing the samosa
