• 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
• 1 cup + 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3/4 cup raspberry jam
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 packet gelatin
• 1 cup raspberries (Fresh or frozen will work. Reserve a few raspberries for garnish.)
