• 125g Wessex Mill Plain White Flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp mixed spice
• 100g butter
• 100g soft brown sugar
• 1 lemon, grated rind
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp milk
• plus oil, for tin
• 200g icing sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp runny honey
