• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 80 g yellow onion
• 50 g hot chilli pepper
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Tuscan red wine vinegar I.G.T.
• 1 sprig parsley
• 1 pinch of sugar
