• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 750 ml vegetable stock
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 300 g linguine
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp dried Thyme
• Black pepper
• 120 g frozen spinach
