World Famous Cluck & Squeal Tomato Soup – Cluck & Squeal Seasonings and BBQ Rubs.

Ingredients

• 2 cans diced plain tomatoes (no herbs)
• 1 – 2 cups white kidney beans rinsed ( 1 can = 2 cups)
• 2 cups for a thick traditional puree' style soup
• 1 cup for a thinner/lighter pureed soup
• 2 cups vegetable broth (low sodium)
• ¾ cup chopped sweet onion
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup light olive oil (light in flavour)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1.5 tbsp Cluck & Squeal All Purpose Seasoning & BBQ Rub
• 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp salt
• Optional – a piece of Parmigiana Cheese Rind
