• Salt and pepper
• 1 heaped tablespoon butter
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
