• 2 tbls Neutral Oil
• 1 c Buttermilk
• 2 tbls Water
• 2 sml Whole Eggs
• 2 tbls Diced Fresno or Canned Chipotle Chilis
• 1/4 c Small Diced Sharp Cheddar
• 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 1/2 c Honey
• 1/4 c Water
• 1/4 c Sliced Jalapeños
• 4 tbls Melted Butter (Optional)
