- ¼ cup Nuttelex Spread
- 1 large onion - diced
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 inches ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp curry powder
- 500 g minced beef
- 7 garlic cloves - finely diced
- 1 medium orange yam - Bake until soft allow to cool before peeling & dice
- 1 medium purple yam - Bake until soft allow to cool before peeling & dice
- 1 medium potato - Bake until soft allow to cool before peeling & dice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup Nuttelex Stock
- 2-3 sprig curry leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste (it will need a lot of salt & pepper)
- pinch sugar (optional)
- ⅔ cup diced cold frozen plant based Nuttelex
- melted Nuttelex for brushing the pastry before baking
- 3 cup plain flour
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 tbsp icy cold water
