Ingredients

• 3 medium Avocado’s
• 1 clove of garlic crushed
• 1/2 cup of cream or cream substitute
• 3 cups of water
• 15 ml Ina Paarman chicken stock powder (I use this because the others have MSG in.) or 2 stock cubes
• Salt and pepper to taste
