Stir-fried Chicken with Apple and Peppers

Ingredients

• 6 oz. lean boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into 1 inch pieces
• 1 apple, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 2 green onions, ends trimmed, cut into 2" strips
• 1 T. mild olive oil Marinade
• 1 t. soy sauce
• 1 t. dry sherry or rice wine
• 1 t. mild olive oil Sauce
• 2 t. corn starch
• 1/2 c. cold chicken broth
