• 2 tsp Shaoxing aka Chinese cooking wine
• 2 tsp corn starch
• 11/2 tsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tsp light soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp cooking wine
• 1 tbsp chili bean sauce
• 1 tbsp ginger chopped
• 1 tbsp garlic chopped
• 1/2 cup red pepper sliced (any mild variety)
• 1/2 cup snow peas (about 40 g)
• 1 1/2 tbsp oil
