- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 120g xylitol
- A little cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy milk (or other vegetable alternative)
- Approx. 120g xylitol icing sugar and 2 tbsp water for the glaze
