- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes, we like heat, I add up-to 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- small Bunch Fresh Herbs, mint, parsley, or basil
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 1/4 Cup Pistachio, toasted and chopped, for serving, optional
