- Salt and Black Pepper, per taste
- Oil Spray, for coating the sheet
- 2 Cups Rice, cooked
- 1 Lime, juice of one lime, 1-2 tbsp, extra wedges for serving
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped fresh leaves, chopped
