• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus 1 1/2 teaspoons, flour)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed with side of chef's knife
• 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons capers (drained)
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
• Lemon leaves for garnish (if you can find them, it's lovely)
