- 1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 Cup Mint, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
- Pepperoncini, optional, for garnish
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Garlic, clove, grated
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes, adjust per taste
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon, juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt and Black Pepper, adjust per taste
