Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup of AP flour
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 tsp. white or cider vinegar
• 1 T. sugar
• 4-6 T. cold water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 1 stick of butter
• 4 eggs
• ¼ cup bourbon
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup pecan halves and ¼ cup chopped pecans
