Ingredients

• 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust, chilled
• 4 large eggs
• ½ cup dark corn syrup
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp. maple syrup
• 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
• 2 to 3 tbsp. bourbon, divided
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• 2 cups toasted pecan halves, divided
• 1 cup chopped dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate morsels
