• 2 tbsps. melted butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 14 cups rhubarb cut in 1/2 inch pieces
• 3 cups raisins
• 7 cups sugar
• juice of 2 oranges
• rind of 2 oranges, thinly sliced
• 1/2 to 1 cup walnuts
