Ingredients
- 2/3 cup blanched almonds (75 g)
- 1/2 cup blanched hazelnuts (75 g)
- 2 cup all-purpose flour (250 g)
- 1 cup butter (225 g)
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar (130 g)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup red currant jam (280 g - can substitute with raspberry jam)
- 1 egg yolk
- thinly sliced almonds (for decoration)
