Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 oz package frozen shelled edamame
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp cilantro oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¾ tbsp dried oregano or 1½ tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
  • Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooked, shelled edamame
  • ⅔ cup thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese
  • 2 cups lettuce or greens (can sub arugula or spinach)
  • 8 oz unshelled fresh or frozen edamame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 fl oz soy sauce
  • 1 fl oz rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
