Ingredients

• 1 14 oz can (400g) artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup packed, grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 TBSP LTO Lemon EVOO
• 1 clove garlic, minced (about 1 tsp)
• 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 TBSP Lemon juice
