Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups flour sifted
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa sifted
• 2/3 cup butter softened
• 1 1/2 cup sugar granulated
• 3 eggs large, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup coffee room temperature
• 2/3 cup sauerkraut rinsed and chopped finely
• 80 g butter softened
• 225 g icing sugar sifted
• 4 tsp cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp milk
• 1 TBSP shortening
• 1 TBSP vegetable oil
• 1 TBSP flour
