• 1 package frozen puff pastry
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme
• ¼ tsp sage
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1½ cups chicken broth
• 1 cup Half-and-half cream
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 cups frozen peas, carrots and corn
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 egg yolk
