• 1 medium White onion
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 1 ½ tsp Chipotle Paste
• 1 liter Vegetable stock
• 3 Washington Apples (Gala), peeled, cored and diced
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Salt
