Vegan Chocolate Cupcake - Food Fam Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp instant coffee granules ((optional))
• 1 cup nondairy milk ((I used almond but any non-dairy milk is fine))
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 16 tbsp vegan butter ((2 sticks, at room temperature))
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 3 cups powdered sugar ((you can use more for more sweetness))
• 1/4 cup nondairy milk ((I used almond but any nondairy milk is fine))
