Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pound ground pork
• 1/2 pound ground veal
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 6-8 slices of flank steak, pounded to 4-6 inch pieces
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 pound sweet or hot Italian sausage
• 1 pound country spare ribs
• 2 small onions, minced
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 - 6 ounces can tomato paste
• 4 - 28 ounces cans San Marzano tomatoes
• Sugar
• Fresh parsley
• Fresh Basil
