Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 slices bacon, diced
• 2 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 540ml / 19oz can of white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 398ml / 14oz can tomato sauce
• ⅓ cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 cups spinach, packed and roughly chopped
• 4 eggs
