The best of both worlds - little mince pies with crumble heaped on top of boozy, zesty mincemeat.
Ingredients
- 250g unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
- 250g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 125g ground almonds
- Finely grated zest of 2 oranges
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 550g mincemeat
- 75g dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp port
- Icing sugar for dusting
