Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz unsalted butter
• 1/2 c diced onion
• 1-1/4 lbs fresh mushrooms, caps removed, cleaned and sliced
• 6 c TURKEY STOCK
• 1/4 c all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c cold water
• 2 tsp poultry base
• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
• 1-2/3 c 2% milk
• 3/4 c sour cream
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lb COOKED TURKEY, cut into 3/4-inch dice
