Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie – Turner Farm

Ingredients

• Sourdough Biscuits
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup sourdough discard
• 6 Tbsp  butter
• 1-2 small onions chopped
• 2 medium carrots, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ½-1 cup flour
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 3-4 tsp salt or just to taste
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 3-4 med potatoes peekled and diced
• 4-5 cups cooked chicken, (shredded)
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 cup corn, (frozen or canned)
• 1/2 cup  cream (or more if needed)
