- 3/4 oz pear liqueur (try @belledebrillet)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 2 sage leaves (plus one to garnish)
- 2 oz gin (@fourpillarsgin is great!)
