• 4 cups Water
• 2 cups Beef Broth
• 1 lbs Shaved Steak
• 2 tbsp Butter (divided)
• 1 each Yellow Onion (diced (about 1 cup))
• 1 each Green Pepper ((diced about 1 cup))
• 2 cloves Garlic Fresh (minced)
• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
• 8 ounces Cream Cheese
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 8 slices Provolone Cheese
• 2 tbsp Parsley (for garnish)
