Raspberry slices are a classic cake, here in a version with small, round slices baked with almond flour and lovely raspberry jam.
Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 50 g almond flour
- 300 g wheat flour
- 150 g icing sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1 egg
- 1 glass Skælskør raspberry jam
- 125 g icing sugar
- a little water
- Some dried flowers or freeze-dried berries for garnish
