• ½ tsp. black pepper
• 3 tsp. chili powder
• ½ tsp. oregano
• ¼ tsp. cayenne
• ¼ tsp. cumin
• ¼ tsp. garlic powder
• ½ large yellow onion, diced
• Cheese and sour cream for serving
