Ingredients

• 1 pound lamb leg steak (also called sirloin)
• kosher salt and black pepper (add as desired )
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup white wine (and pour yourself a glass)
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
• 3/4 cup polenta
