Microwave Jamaican Curry Goat - Microwave Master Chef

• 1 tbsp pimento / allspice
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 and a 1/2 tbsp curry power
• 1/2 tsp tumeric
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 tbsn tomato ketchup
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 handfull of potatoes chopped
• 1 and a 1/2 cups of water
