Spicy Chicken Jambalaya | Gold'n Plump

- 2 medium green peppers, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 cups long grain white rice
- 4 cans (14 ounces each) reduced sodium nonfat chicken broth
- 2 cans (28 ounces each) diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1 Gold'n Plump® Deli Rotisserie Chicken, meat removed and shredded (about 4 cups)
