• 1 head of garlic
• 4 shallots
• 16-ounce package of cauliflower rice or 1 pound of cauliflower florets
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• Smoked paprika
