Turkey Roulade with Prune Filling

Ingredients

• 4 thin slices of turkey breast ( 180 g per piece)
• 150 g Sunsweet prunes
• 4 slices Parma ham
• 1 small bunch of rocket salad
• 150 g crème fraîche
• 2 onions
• 1 glass (400 ml) chicken stock
• 1 piece of organic lemon peel
• 3 tbsp light gravy thickener
• 4 tsp medium-strength mustard
• 4 tsp Ajvar (spicy paprika paste)
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt, pepper
