• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
• 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons blanched slivered almonds, toasted; divided use
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons honey; divided use
