Ingredients

• 4 lb (2 kg) skinless chicken pieces (breast, thigh, drumstick, etc.)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup (250 ml) white wine
• 2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 4 teaspoons (20 ml) dried rosemary
• 2 lemons, washed, cut and sliced
• Fresh rosemary leaves, for garnish
• Salt and pepper
