Ingredients

  • 180-200 grams Korean sweet potato starch noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 80 grams spinach
  • 1/2 bell pepper (You can use any color, but I would suggest red or yellow as green is a bit bitter.)
  • 2 large dried shiitake mushroom (Soak these in hot water at least for an hour. Also you can add more if you like. )
  • A handful of bean sprouts (Optional)
  • 1 egg (Optional)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/6 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2/3 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 3/8 tbsp sesame oil
  • A pinch of black pepper to taste
