• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F) *
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
• 4 slices Canadian bacon, quart ered
• 2 slices cooked bacon, cut in -inch pieces
• 1/4 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
• 1 / green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 / red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
