- ½ small head Green Cabbage, thinly shredded (about 4 cups)

- ½ cup (120ml) Water
- 1 teaspoon (5g) Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon (1.5g) Black Pepper
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

- ½ small White Onion
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1-2 Serrano Peppers (optional)
